Engine Shutdown – 5 Circuit with 20A Relays – Round Display
If a fire breaks out aboard a diesel powered vessel, the engine(s) must be shut down prior or during the discharge of a suppression system to effectively extinguish the fire. Continued engine operation may remove the agent, lowering the concentration required to effectively extinguish the fire, making an Engine Shutdown System necessary.
Consisting of a Shutdown Control Module and Helm Display Unit with an Override Button the Fireboy Engine Shutdown Systems is an effective means to automatically shut down engines, generators, and blower systems in the event of a fire.
